City gas rate = (amount used * temperature and pressure correction factor * average heat quantity * unit price) + basic rate (meter replacement cost) * 1.1 (VAT 10%)
Consumption is the guideline for the city gas meter at home. It refers to the amount of consumption for the current month obtained by subtracting the previous month’s guideline from the current month’s [current month’s meter guideline-previous month’s meter guideline].
The temperature and pressure correction coefficient is a volume conversion coefficient according to the supplied gas temperature and pressure, and is a constant announced by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy every year according to the average temperature and pressure. The average calorie is the monthly weighted average calorie during the relevant period, and the arithmetic value for each month of the calorie measured according to the method prescribed by law is the annual amount that must not be lower than this.

The basic rate is a fixed cost that is used every month to supply city gas even if city gas is not used due to meter replacement costs. If you do not use city gas for a long period of time, it is recommended to request a stop.
In case of unit price, it is different for home heating, general use, air conditioning, air conditioning, and industrial use, and also varies slightly by region.
